1.0 Services provided include.

Window Cleaning (initial clean and maintenance cleans)

Gutter Cleaning

Conservatory Cleaning

Pressure Washing

Garage Door Cleaning

UPVC Cleaning

 

1.2 We carry out both traditional and water fed pole, pure water window cleaning to clean all glass, frames and doors on each visit. This method will clean all types of general dirt from your windows.  This type of cleaning will not clean any stains, stickers, adhesive, rust or any residue from builder’s work and will be quoted separately. Should you have concerns about any of the above, please contact us prior to the cleaning commencing.

 1.3 We offer one-off, monthly (12 cleans p.a) and bi-monthly (6 cleans p.a) cleaning which can be discussed prior to making your first booking. Prices may vary on services selected. We do ask for some flexibility due to extreme weather, staff holidays and any other factors.

1.4 On initial cleans (first clean), as we give the windows a thorough clean including the vents, it is possible you may find water marks have appeared from the dirty water that has remained in the vents and worked its way out. This is normal on a first clean and should clear up on the next clean. Should you have any concerns, please contact us.

1.5 Clean dates will vary from month to month and they will not be the exact same date each month. This is due to full time employment Offshore and the requirement to be away for 2 weeks from time to time. We do not offer 4 weekly or 8 weekly cleans for this reason. We believe in transparency with our customers and we can not promise a specific date each month.

1.6 UPVC/Facia Cleaning: We aim to clean all UPVC to a high standard within reason. There may be occasions where this is not be possible with regards to render. Where render has been sprayed/spread onto the UPVC, this may cause staining that can not be removed by cleaning only. Scaffold access will be required at cost to the customer and an hourly rate charged for labor which may still not achieve the results hoped for.

2.0 Pricing

2.1 All services are quoted individually.

2.1 Initial window cleaning costs are 1.5x the cost of regular monthly cleaning due to additional time taken to bring your windows up to a maintenance standard.

2.2 We reserve the right to adjust our pricing in relation to inflation. Each year we will review the business and an annual price increase of the annual rate of inflation or £1, whichever is greater, may be applicable to all services dated from the 1st of April each year.

3.0 Payments

3.1 Preferred payment method is via GoCardless, follow this link to set up your payment - https://pay.gocardless.com/BRT0003CVZTE5TY . Once the job is complete, we will send an invoice to you by email or text for you to make payment. If you have signed up to our GoCardless system, you do not need to do anything. Once a customer has supplied their details on our GoCardless system, and an invoice has been produced, payment will automatically be requested from your registered bank account within 7 days. GoCardless is not a request to sign up to a monthly standing order, it is designed to only process a payment once a invoice has been generated making it a hassle free experience for our customers.

3.2 All our services are invoiced the same day and expected to be paid within 7 working days.

Payment method will be discussed during the quote.

4.0 Access

4.1 We shall notify you of our scheduled clean. Should the date of clean not be suitable, please contact us immediately. Although we aim to clean all windows and doors on your property, we also reserve the right to charge the full clean price if access is not made available on the day due to restricted access and locked gates. Should this be our fault due to messages not being sent prior, no charge will be applied.

4.2 If for any reason you wish to miss a clean, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to our next visit.

We will allow for 2 missed cleans before the termination of our services.

5.0 Condition of garden

5.1 We respectfully request that if a customer has pets and they are expecting our arrival (Text the day prior), their garden is in a suitable condition regarding pet mess. We handle all our equipment and it is not a pleasant experience having to clean this of our hands and equipment. We would appreciate that any mess is picked up from grass or patios, and patios are hosed down prior to our arrival.

5.2 We reserve the right to refuse to clean, charged at a full clean cost if we deem the area too dirty for our equipment. An additional cleaning fee of £10 may be added should we have to spend time cleaning down our equipment, hands or footwear.

This applies to front, back and sides of the property.

6.0 Adverse Weather

6.1 We work all year round in all weathers, though we reserve the right to postpone your clean on the grounds of safety of our staff. Should this be the case, we will contact you by email or text to reschedule this clean and ensure you receive the service agreed upon at quoting i.e. Monthly or Bi-monthly.

7.0 Cancellations

7.1 If for any reason you wish to cancel, you have the right to do so at any time. You can let us know by email at Andershine@outlook.com or by phone on 07359038273 at no additional cost. Please let us know by phone or email at least 48 hours before our next visit. If requested within 48 hours of the scheduled clean, one final clean and payment will be carried out and payment will be required.

8.0 Complaints

8.1 Any complaints should be made within 24 hours of job completion. Should you not be happy with the service we have provided, we will discuss this with you and may return at no cost to you and rectify any issues within our control. We always try to keep standards as high as possible although mistakes can happen. Complaints outside of 24 hours may not be resolved. We operate a no refund policy.

8.2 Any complaints made that we attend to and discover that it is not our fault or the dirt is on the inside of the windows for example, a call out charge of £10 will be applied to your invoice.

9.0 Confidentiality

9.1 All our customers' details are kept securely on a confidential database and are not shared out to any other individual or company.

10.0 Changes to Terms

10.1 We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our social media page and will be effective immediately upon posting.
