Window Cleaning

How often do you clean the windows?

We will clean your windows on either a monthly, bi-monthly or one-off basis. Our prices do vary depending on the frequency of cleans. We will always inform you of the different options available.

Will it always be the same day?

The date of our cleans vary from month to month due to our schedule and other work commitments though we guarantee to give your property a clean within each calendar month with a reasonable gap between cleans.

How do I pay?

Once we have completed the work, we will email you an invoice with various payment options. You can pay by BACS, Card, GoCardless, Google Pay or Cash. We will always dicuss payment options when quoting.

Do I need to be home?

No! As long as we have access to the perimeter of the property, there is no requirement for you to be home. You will receive an email once the work is complete. If access is restricted, please inform us as soon as possible so we can make alternative arrangements to clean your property.

What do you clean when cleaning windows?

When we first arrive at your property for the first time, we will determine if any cleaning agents are required to bring your windows, frames and sills back to life. Any cleans afterwards will purely be maintaining the standard we achieved from the first clean and we should no longer require to use and cleaning agents.

I have a dog!

Great! We love dogs, probably adds 10 minutes onto our job because we are busy playing with the dog. As long as the dog is friendly, please feel free to let the roam in their own garden. All we ask is that any pet mess is cleared prior to our arrival to avoid windows being skipped. Its not a nice job having to clean down all our equipment.

Pressure Washing

After you give us a price, will it change?

All our quotations are valid for 30 days. The only time our price will change is if you request additional work from what we first quoted for and it is our belief that the customer understands the additional cost as they have asked for the extra service.

Do you require payment in advance?

Most of the time, we do not require any upfront payment. If we are required to make a significant investment for materials like sealants for example, we may ask you to cover the cost of this in advance.

What about all the mess?

All the dirty water will go down the drain. We will prevent as much solids as possible from entering any drainage so that we don’t block them. If we do block them, we will clean them out. We will find somewhere on your property to leave any dirt and sand i.e under a bush or in a border. If that is not possible, we will take this away at an additional charge.

Will you clean up all the walls and other surfaces?

Yes. There will be ‘splatter’ around your property but the last part of our job is to rinse everything down and return it to how it should look.

You have told us the job will take X amount of time, Will it cost more if longer - Less if shorter?

No! The price quoted is ‘For the Job’ regardless of how long it takes. We do aim to estimate our time as close as possible but this is not always the case, but really this is just to give you an idea of how long the job will take. We will not request more payment if we take longer and we therefore do not reduce the payment if we are any quicker.

How long will the surface stay clean?

This is a difficult question to answer as many factors depend on how quickly a surface can become dirty again. We recommend our customers maintain the surface every other year but of course this is completely up to the customer.

Will the weeds return?

YES! Just like all vegetation grows, there is nothing we can do to stop the weeds sprouting again on the surface. On the day of our clean, we will clear all the weeds you can see, but their may be roots underlying below the surface. The best advice for taking care of regrowth is an ongoing basis, Little and often is the best answer.

What happens once you have cleaned the surface?

If the surface is to be sanded, this has to be done when the surface is dry. Please do not return any pots or furniture until this task has been completed. You can use the drive in the meantime.
